Cryptocurrency payments are processed via MoonPay Commerce. MoonPay is a regulated financial services provider and handles all crypto payment transactions independently. By completing a crypto payment, you agree to MoonPay's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Prices shown are final prices inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before purchase is confirmed.

General Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at collectprayers.net, operated by Jonas Froeb (collectprayers), Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany (E-Mail: [email protected]).

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order (invitatio ad offerendum). By clicking the order confirmation button (e.g. "Buy now" via Snipcart), you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon our explicit order confirmation sent to your e-mail address, or upon dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. As a small business per § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

5. Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods provided at checkout (processed via Snipcart/Stripe), or via cryptocurrency (processed by MoonPay).

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Statutory Warranty (Mängelhaftung)
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply. This means you have a right to remediation, replacement delivery, reduction of the purchase price, or withdrawal from the contract in the event of defects. The statutory warranty period is two (2) years from delivery of the goods. Please contact us at [email protected] for any warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), and liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

This website is designed with a "Privacy First" approach. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics platforms (like Google Analytics) by default. Your visit to collectprayers.net is inherently private.

2. External Media (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, etc.)
To protect your privacy, this website uses a "Two-Click" consent system for all external media players. No data is sent to third-party providers (like Google, Spotify, or SoundCloud) when you first load a page. Instead, you see a placeholder. Only when you explicitly click to "Connect" or "Play" an item do you consent to the data processing terms of that specific provider, at which point the real player is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so you don't have to consent again during the same session.

3. Local Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to store strictly functional settings:

6. Infrastructure & Security (Cloudflare & Bunny.net)
To ensure the security, stability, and speed of this website, we use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare as a security and performance proxy (Web Application Firewall, CDN). Cloudflare processes the IP addresses of visitors to detect and block malicious traffic and to optimize page load times. This is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Bunny.net: We use Bunny.net as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to deliver high-quality images and videos efficiently. Bunny.net processes visitor IP addresses to route requests to the nearest available server. 7. Newsletter (Signal)
If you join our "Signal" updates, we collect and store your email address in our internal database. This data is used solely to send you celestial updates regarding this project.
